特點描述／Feature Description

采用國際先進的32位高速控制系統，性能大幅度提高，平穩的S型加減速控制軟件，動作迅捷平穩，配合

自動光衰補償技術使不同切割部位達到理想效果。采用中外合作技術研制的高頻勻功CO 2 激光器，在使用過

程中，充沛的激光功率可連續24小時均勻輸出，使每件物品加工效果始終如一

機械系統采用貼近人體工學的一體化設計，操作方便；機械部件配裝優質運動傳動系統，保證了高速運動下

的高精度效果。機床級加工平臺穩定可靠，適合高強度、高精度下大批量、多批次作業要求

配置恒溫散熱冷卻系統，即使高溫季節也確保設備連續24小時工作

光學系統采用新加坡高反射及高透率鏡片，光束質量恒定細致

強大的軟件編輯功能，簡便的界面操作；手動／自動一體化操作設計，為不同加工需要，提供方便快捷的操

作方式：適用不同材料切割；加工數量預設及統計功能設置，方便用戶工作量安排。具備兼容

CORELDRAW、AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP等軟件

光強、速度自動匹配功能確保拐角切割質量，連續曲線切割功能可使曲線切割速度最高可達36米／分鐘，快

速實現服裝樣片裁切，大大提高了服裝企業的生產力與競爭力

It adopts inetrnational advanced 32 bits high speed control system and stable S model acceleration and

deceleration control software, The automatic attenuation compensation technology to make different cutting

positions to achieve the ideal effect.

It adopts CO 2 laser with high frequency uniform ,continuously work for 24 hours and to make each item to

be consistent.

The machinery system has adopted intergrative design according to ergonomic principles and easy to

operate, the operating system adopts Koera vertical line guiding track with smooth travel, high speed and

high precision.

Equipped with constant temperature cooling system which can continuously work for 24 hours in summer

season.

It adopts optical system developed in Singapore ,high reflection mirror and high penetration lens ,the quality

of light beam is constant.

Capable software and interface is easy to operate, manual /automatic operation design. Set the processing

quantity in advance and function of statistics. Compatible software: CORELDRAW、AUTOCAD、

PHOTOSHOP etc.

Speed automatic matching function to ensure the quality of corner cutting, Continuous curve cutting

function makes the curve cutting speed to reach Max. 36m per minute.
